Consultation
Every great project begins with a conversation. We sit down with you — in your home — to listen to your goals, understand your space, and discuss your budget and timeline. There's no pressure and no sales pitch, just an honest exchange to make sure we're the right fit for each other. This is where your vision starts to take shape.
Design & Planning
With a clear direction established, we get to work on a detailed plan tailored to your project. This includes material selections, layout drawings, product sourcing, and a full project timeline. We'll review everything with you before a single tool is picked up — because a well-planned project is a successful one. No surprises, just a roadmap you've approved.
Construction
This is where plans become reality. Our skilled crews arrive on time, work efficiently, and treat your home with the respect it deserves — keeping the job site clean and disruption to a minimum. You'll receive regular progress updates throughout, and your project manager is always reachable if questions come up. We build to last, not just to finish.
Final Walkthrough
Before we consider a project complete, we walk through every inch of the finished space with you. We want you to be fully satisfied — not just satisfied. Any item that doesn't meet your expectations gets addressed before we close out. We leave you with a clean home, a complete record of the work done, and the peace of mind that comes with our craftsmanship warranty.

You're more than welcome to stay! Our team is great at working around people and keeping disruption to a minimum. I do like to be honest though — it won't exactly be a relaxing environment while the work is going on. We'll always make it work, but if you have the option to step out for a few hours during the heavier parts of the job, you might find that more enjoyable.
